Speaking in Dolphin Clicks

A great communion with good old King Neptune today.

Went to sleep at 4am to the sound of crashing waves, dreamt of surfing, woke up and had a fantastic Mexican Mocha and then rented a jet ski and hit the Sea of Cortez for about an hour. Fantastic waves, salty sprays and golden sun. Headed to the southern tip of Deer Island (just off the coast of Mztln) and killed the engine. Just sitting there, the only sound that of lapping waves and salty wind, I kicked back on the jet ski and had my moment of zen. I stared out across the Pacific trying to spot Hawaii.

After I headed back to shore I then had a good hour of body surfing right in front of the hotel. King Neptune was offering up some fine surf -- in all, one of the most fantastic days here.

When I finally came ashore I met up with the Boyz poolside but initially had trouble communicating with them as I could only speak in Dolphin clicks. A cold glass of pineapple juice brought back my hominid linguistic skills, and then I was right as rain.

Off for some siesta then out to dinner -- second to last evening.
